Bad service

I opened an account at Stern's vereeniging and got my card and after that I went to jet in vereeniging markpark to go and buy and when I got there they said I can't use my card to buy there and then I went back to Stern's and bought something and I could buy with it so I headed back to jet again with the help of a sales consultant from Stern's to enquire why couldn't I buy using a new card and then they said I should wait sometime and then as we were about to leave the guy that was helping us there then said a nasty remark about the lady from Stern's saying that she thinks she's the manager why would she come there to ask why I couldn't buy and then the rest of the ladies that were with him laughed at the lady who took the initiative to help me...I found this very rude and bad towards me as a customer and the sales consultant from that other store...what service is that? Talking bad about other people like that and laughing about it...
