Bad servicd

I'm disappointed with jet stores church street pietermaritzburg

2 weeks ago I almost lost my life and jet didn't care There escalator was at such a high speed the one that brings you back down from upstairs

I attempted the 1st time and back tracked The next one i took but it was moving so fast u couldn't grip my legs onto the escalator and all I remember was rolling with this escalator that was going at such a high speed . I was praying very hard cause I wasn't sure am I going to break anything or im am I dieing here. Thank God I landed from the top to half way through on my butt and sat

I shouted for my husband who was at the bottom and he gripped me my from the bottom

I had alot of blue marks and body was so sore

Git to the tills and explained to the cashier what happened and he called rhe manager who didn't even ask me if I am.ok all she said was sorry

Really jet really is this the level u stoop to for your customers

Really disappointing go through your camera footages and see what happened
