Bad horrible disrespectful unacceptable service

I went to jet in jabulani mall and i was assisted by a rude cashier called brian, he treated me like i have covid he didn't even want me to check the lip bum that was on the counter and when it was my turn he was very rude as my 2 yrs old child did not wana give the bag to be scanned he said i better take the bag or his calling the next customer, i took the bag n my baby screamed for him to scan n bring it back quickly no his now looking for the plastic he didnt even great or smile, i open your card i couldn't pay with it as I'm deciding to pay it off and close it i can't be treated like dirt he didn't even apologize when i said his rude instead he called the next customer, you better do something with this guy before you lose more customers i can even still hear the scream of my daughter in my ears please advise whats the way forward this guy disrespected me, after his bad service i couldn't even go to other stores i just went home...
