Bad experience

I paid off my account and requested they close it,they told me I had to wait 30 days, I asked if they were not going to charge me account fees during that period and they promised they were not, its been more than 30 days now and they are refusing to close the account saying I have to pay R50 account fees that "they promised they were not going to charge "me,its funny how it takes 5 minutes to open an account but months to close it,I'm disappointed
