Bad experience

Jet Bela Bela is the bad actually bad is still good horrible if I may say, from last year since a insurance claim was made including all supporting documents. No communication was made an recently when we come to the store we were told that the insurance was cancelled and the account wasn't paid from last year April, thus was so confusing because the account is up to date according to me and the statements. Everytime when I visit the store the stuff will keep me waiting for an hour while they are running around like headless chickens in the store until I decide to exit the store, now I am still coming to check and everytime I will write a statement which I still indicate in how the phone was lost... Please help me out with jet Bela Bela so that I can be assisted... ***
