bad customer services

went into a Jet store in Matlosana mall today. There was only one cashier operating, when i got to the queue she was already assisting a client. I waited my turn, when the cashier was done, i was typing an sms on my phone, she just stood there looking at me with a very ugly look instead of saying \next client/customer\" i don't know if it's Jet's policy for staff not to greet clients, as this was the second time that i interact with Lucy and she has never greeted me.i placed what i was buying on the counter, and handed her my Rewards card, which she didn't swipe, when i asked her, she gave me another dirty look! Seemingly she was getting annoyed or already annoyed before I arrived. One of her colleagues asked her for help regarding a passport, Lucy didn't even look at her colleague, she just shook her head without even asking her colleague what help she needs (no teamwork?) Then as she continued assisting me, she just told me the price of the goods and looked away! I have never been made to feel so unimportant by a cashier! Lucy has a bad attitude and no teamwork, i recommend she goes on a course for customer service and teamwork. Hopefully such a course will improve Lucy's service"
