Bad Customer Service Jet Mall of Africa

I went to Jet Mall of Africa, Inwaited at the till and all the counters were empty, I had to walk around looking for assistance from staff members and no sense of urgency very disappointing especially in a Mall as big as Mall of Africa, you would expect the service to be of top standard
