Bad customer service

I was purchasing at Jet Brakpan carnival mall when coming to the till the cashier said she needs to call customer service to update our details then she screamed to the other staff members asking the code for the phone when asking for a manager he left the store so who must then sort it out no wonder the store was dead empty and the company is billions in red I would suggest you close this store it is costing you a loss.
