Bad customer service
Bad customer service from one the staff,On 1 Nov I was shopping at Jet Cosmo store ,I struggled to get sizes in ladies department while there was a old lady busy on her phone in ladies department ,she was hiding behind the fixture ,I tried to call her for assistance but she kept quiet,I asked for Manager from tymbank staff unfortunately the manager was on lunch. Staff name Tsedzuluso
