Bad customer service
So I went into Jet store Denlyn Mall in Mamelodi, Tshwane today after seeing a poster display with a plussize model wearing nice fitting jeans n top, as I browsed throught the shop I came across ***y lingerie and to my surprise I had a size which was exciting for a plussize lady. I proceed to my size and I happily went to the fitting room guess what it fits and I look ***y saying to myself.
I than proceeded to the till points at that time the queue is long and only 2 cashiers are on the floor, I stood in line because I wanted this garmet and it was the last one in my side, eventually after standing for 20min or so a 3rd cashier call out next shes there by the cellphone counter I approach her and greet and make it known to her that I would like to laybe the garmet, she says they do not allow laybye of 1 item it starts from 3 items. I than proceeded to ask why such a rule so now I must laybe things I dont want and where is the poster showing the T&C of what she just told me, she said theres no poster it's the rules of TFG, another guy approached and I asked if what the lady is saying is true he kept quiet took whatever and left.
I than told her the lingerie is R269, I have R150 because I did not come to the mall for shopping but rather medication and seeing its the last size thats why I want to laybye I get paid 15th of the month and will return to get my item. She refused and said no which I again asked for policy stating such. She said Sesi just laybe 3 items and when you come pay on the 15 you cancel the other two but we charge a u%. I than asked is this how TFG runs its company by forcing us to laybye things we dont want or need causing people who need those items not to find sizes after being charged 10%.
Am so dissapointed in the rules of laybye as well as the service and attitude I received because it was last size and the 15 is in 5 days
