bad customer service and poor quality of clothing

<p>I sent a mall to edcon complaints team its 3 days later and no feed back,i have bought a pair of boots at jet mart Westgate mall the 29 April 2016 witch cost R200 I wore the boots about 5 times and the bill breaking off and its not even two months old,I call the store to inquire and was told I cant exchange it but this didn't make senses as irs a damage item and I asked the guy to dubble check with some one as this it's is broken and sould have some kind of warranty as even Woolworths if an item is 6 months old and damage even they</p> <p>exchange it I</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
