Bad customer service

Bad service at jet stores today. Took a Jean from the shelves and it had no price tag, I was told it's the last one so they will go look for the price in the store room and I had to pay separately for other stuff. I finished paying at 15:12 and was told they are still looking and until my fiancé asked at 16:00 what's the process for looking for the price? He was told it's not easy to find the price. There was no contact whatsoever from manager or supervisor about what was happening until my fiancé asked what was taking so long. We spent almost an hour waiting for something that we didn't get, which we could have gone and looked somewhere else and there was no apology for the delay from any staff member at that store.
