Bad customer service

Jet Maponya is the worse when comes to customer service . Today the 12 May , one person was at the till and on the line there was two ladies with small children 2-3 months old and one heavy pregnant ladies on the line , the lady at the til was super slow, the ladies had to wait for long period to be assisted . Then she left them and was on a call for few mins . The other ladies came to assist but was very slow and busy asking the pregnant lady for ID when she was paying cash . I know TFG pride it’s self for how they treat their customers but Jet maponya mall ***********.
