Bad customer service

I had a stinking attitude episode at Jet Eastgate on Monday, bought clothes close to 4k and the manager on duty had to ask the cashier to check the notes we were using to purchase the goods right in front of us, l asked her why does she have to say that in front of us and don't they have a machine to check if the money wasn't **** and she gave me a silly reason that made me question her position, l was so disgusted and still am she was really rude, could you kindly look into it her customer service coz it was really bad even other customers were shocked by her actions
