Bad customer service

I went to Jet Stores in Pinetown today firstly to return a pair of slippers i had bought for mu daughter of which it did not fit her the cashier told me it's dirty and she can't help me i told her though she did not wear them but then i let it slide ,second incident i bought 2 pairs of slippers which were marked down R55 but when i looked at my till slip they charged me R70 each so i went back to the till and asked them why are only these two R70 compared to others she gave a lame story i told her i needed it at that price nobody was willing to assist i ended up leaving one pair which i needed just because the lady was not willing to assist and load the sale price i ended up leaving one just because they didn't care less about assisting me and continued with their stories . People of that nature are too selfish and care less about the business clearly Jet Pinecrest store their staff is not trained and know nothing about customer service... It's really dissapointing that store is totally not managed ,every person in that store have attitude that needs to be dealt with .
