Bad Customer service

I am very dissappointed with the bad service i received from the cashier in Jet Theku Plaza, Osizweni, Newcastle. I was buying my wife skirt and I was the last customer instore, by the till point I waited for 5min waiting to pay and she is busy counting her money and she dont even call me to pay. afta she finished counted her money then called me with a rude attitude I qoute''come cant you see that we are close'' She took the skirt scan it and she said ''R100'' I gave her the card pay took my stuff. She ddnt greet me and she never say thanks, I travel all over KZN and I will never go back to that store again.
