Bad customer service

For the past 2 to 3 weeks I have been trying to get Jet to correct my account, but to no avail. Today they sent me a sms saying my credit is in a minus, which is total BS. They made a mistake on my account and now they want to blame it on me. I just want someone to correct the mistake they made on they're end
