Bad customer service

I received a very poor service from Jet store at Westgate mall I was in queue for almost 45min waiting to be assisted. There was only two cashiers working while others were saying they had knocked off already while the was a long queue of customers waiting to be assisted. They were busy assisting each other to pay their own goods and to hell with customers.
