Bad customer service

Was Purchasing a few items at the Jet store in Clearwater while waiting on queue to pay items we purchased my sister moved To Carolines work station as it looked as if she was nearly done with the client she was helping before us -as we made our way there without saying anything Caroline decided to live us there without saying anything and we ended up waiting there like fools while people who came after us were actually paying the things bought at anothers guys counter-Caroline decided to come back after dealing with whatever she was dealing with no apology or anything and told us back to go back to queue since she was busy with another client with no remorse or any apology for making us wait with no explanation what so ever but with her rude being she couldn't careless about us and that we were in the queue before and we still had not paid after a long time -what Caroline did was rude to complete everything else she could hardly apologise but just looked at us is if she couldn't be bothered
