Bad customer service

I went to Jet Cresta on tuesday11/02/2020 to do a replacement card.i find some guy who helped me ..but the person with password were in there so I couldn't get the card..on Thursday I went there again and some lady just pointed me another lady at the till and said she is the one to help me of which she just ignored me so I left..on Friday I went back again cos I really needed the card .then I find another lady whom she said she only work with cellphones,she pointed another lady next to me..that lady she walk away saying something about virsion not available...then the other lady came and the cell phone one explain to her and she tried to help me unfortunately the line was off. The cellphone lady suggested that I go to Edgar's. All in all is that I'm not happy with the way the two ladies that I've been pointed to them were very unfriendly and unhelpful.. I swear I'll never put my foot in that store again and actually I'm going to pay the account and once is finished I'll close it ..their service sucks..
