😡 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡

Poor service received at JET Mall of Africa on the 08 Sep 2023.

WOW I really can't believe the treatment we got form JET. I was returning a blender that I felt like it was not working to my expectations and also had a burning smell when plugged in. At first when we got there, things were going well and we were very patient when Thabo the consultant or assistant manager was assisting us, testing the blender and all that which was taking a lot of time (almost an hour) to the point were we couldn't wait. They started making it sound like we were making things up when we said it was not working properly. After waiting for almost 30 minutes Thabo called the lady wearing glasses who we assumed it the manager and the first Comment she made when she glanced at us waiting was "I can't believe it's BLACK PEOPLE" who are complaining which ****ed the hell out of us🤬. What does she mean by BLACK PEOPLE are we not supposed to return or complain about the products because we're " BLACK" and what does race have to do with Customer Service or is this how Black people are treated at JET. I am not happy at all with how things were handled at JET MALL OF AFRICA 😡
