Bad customer service
<p>I went to exchange on the 10oct2016 @ jet store birtch acres and the lady named kgotlelelo by the tills was so rude, she gave me the bad attitude. Instead of explaining their exchanging policy to me , she just kept on being rude and when I've tried to ask her some questions , she didn't even answer. Bad bad service!!!!!!!!!!</p>

We have escalated the complaint to the Jet Kempton park management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the store staff member was rude which resulted in our valued customer leaving the store without any professional assistance being rendered, this is as per the post sent to us. The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members.
