Bad credit report for a debt i had 2008

I need assistance , I have been struggling with Jet stores for almost 2 years to have my account rectified on ITC, I want to pay it and have it removed .. I have called the edcon offices , Jet stores, Edgars even their new partners the RCS group and non have my details with them even the attorneys they state they have handed me over to cannot find me on their system . I seriously need this fixed . Can someone call me because right now my life is stuck because of you guys , FIX IT !!!!!!!
