Bad company
On Friday the 18 March 2016 I was in TZN mall I was called by a 75%mark down when I was passing through jet store in the mall, I went in got nice denim for the price of R50 to my suprise when I'm to make a payment I was told the price is incorrect the ryt price is R116 I refused to pay n asked for the manager, worst thing I ever met in life, he told me the prices are in correct n he communicated it via pa system I told him I ddnt here n said the wrong prices are still on the floor, he told me I will never see the denim with that price if I dnt want to pay the price they give me I mast just leave the store, I was puzzeled by the attitude n called the customer line for assistent as I was refused area manager's number, Yooh worst thing I tell u I spoke to Mbali n another white agent I forgot her name they both promised to contact the store n resolve the issue for me, to this day after wasting about R100 airtym trying to get service at Jet Tzn I still ddnt get help.it pains me to see this even when when u run to the place u think its refuge u still encounter more dispointments.Edcon need to sort out their employees from floor to management.
