Bad bad service Jet Greenacres Port Elizabeth

Good morning I've never been so hurt before in a clothing store . Yesterday before work ran into Jet Greenacres to get my sons a few pairs of sandals cz I love the quality at Jet . The line was quite long and there were only cashiers ...we had pensioners and many other older people in this que . So a lady from Jet Greenacres Cashier (Casy) selected this one very young guy and advised him to come pay by her quickly now bear in mind that there were elderly people before him and after him that waited their turn . When I confronted her about this she sweared at me and told me in Afrikaans to shut up thinking that I don't understand the language . She kept walking up and down infront of other customers pointing at me from a distance told me I'm ****ed up she don't know what we are there for so early and that the guy she was helping is Mall staff . I'm sorry but this hurt me so deep that I don't think Jet is anymore like before the staff is rude and inconsiderate 😔 😕 not even a manager came to see what was going on .
