Bad bad service

Today i was at Jet in Nigel wanted to open a tyme bank account. When i arrived there i told them i want to open an account they told me to wait since there was no electricity it was 10 minutes before 12 fine. Firstly they didn't tell me to wait on a queue i have waited and waited when i arrived at the till they said that the person who is in charge is at leave what the f***k after waiting fir so long.
