Bad bad bad customer service

I bought tracksuit at Jet store George for my daughter who stays in another town so it's small and she lost the slip now I went to exchange for a bigger size , I'm being told I can't exchange for a bigger size of which I don't have a slip like serious I wasted my petrol to go to the store because it's not the first time exchanging something from jet , is jet now a ****za shop , you are treating your customers very bad

Am really not happy with the service I received buying something from the store you trust and then you are told you can't exchange .

Just close the store if you don't want to assist your customer in a right way , or is because am black because if I was not black you would have exchange without asking any question .
