Bad attitude and terrible service at Jet Kwa-Thema Shopping Complex

Terrible treatment by Jet staff and security at Springs, Kwa-Thema shopping complex. I approached the shop doors shortly after 16:00 this afternoon and I found that the doors were closed so I stood outside the glass door waiting for the security lady standing inside the shop to assist me as I merely had a question to ask. She turned around slightly and looked at me over her shoulder then turned back around. I then knocked on the window to get her attention but the staff member wearing a Jet golf T-shirt started pointing at his wrist implying that is is time to close. I pointed at the security who still had her back towards me. She looked over her shoulder again and said they are closed. So I started to ask why are they closing shop so early... before I could complete my sentence she opened the door and started shouting at me and telling me that they want to go home and that it's a long weekend, I must not ask her why they are closed. I tried to explain that I was just trying to understand what the normal closing times are and whether the reason for them closing early was indeed because of the long weekend. I then told her that all she needed to do was listen to my full question. This lady was so rude and the gentleman working for Jet was of absolutely no assistance!
