Jet is the most unprofessional company ever. I paid off and closed the account in 2021. & I received a letter demanding payments saying I’m owing like 2k my credit score has already been affected. I called the ***** department and they said they will send me an email with disputes forms which still I haven’t received. The consultant that I spoke to said it will take 21days to sort this out which I doubt considering I haven’t even received the forms. What puzzles me even more when I asked her why is the account even still active because I closed it in store 2 years ago, her response was “I don’t know, we will investigate once this transaction is reversed you have to go close the account for ‘REAL’ this time”. What does that even mean ‘for real’ .
