Awful Cellphone Service from Jet

Jet has the most awful cellphone service. I purchased a phone last year and it stopped working it just went blank. I then took the phone in and as per their terms that state they would repair it within 7 working days. I was waiting for my phone to be returned since the 15 September 2019. In the new year 2020 I was still waiting for my phone. The phone I had repaired not so long ago just stopped working again within 2 weeks of having it I then took it back to the store again on the 28 February, and this time the same thing happened. I had to wait for it to be repaired for more than 7 days as per their policy. The person helping me also took the cover of the phone and the battery. I went into the store before the lockdown and this was another 7 days that I had to wait for the phone and I had already been waiting for 2 weeks , I wanted to know if my phone had been repaired. I spoke to Winnie who gave me back my phone cover and said they were not suppose to collect the cover. I first asked for assistance from Belrenda and she just ignored me, Winnie also just handed me the cover and ignored me after that this was on the 13 March 2020. I was contacted before lockdown to come and collect the phone. I have gone into the store to collect the phone after lockdown because they made sure I didnt have enough time to collect my phone before the lockdown. I did not receive the battery the one that was taken by their colleague when who took my phone cover and battery. I am so tired and fed up of this up and down with the service at jet. I want my money back because I cant keep running around after them and then they will give you the excuse that I cant return a phone because of their policy yet I have to run after them and just accept their awful service. I have been trying to stay calm but this has reach the point of frustration. I`am extremely angry and want the resolution which is that my money will be return to me. I would never recommend anyone to buy cellphones at jet because this is the worst service ever. Never in my life have I had to wait this long from any other stores. I will no longer support jet because of this awful experience Edit
