Awesom service

<p>Iv had a Jet account for about 5 years or so. Iv been on and off with regards to payments but Iv always managed to make payment and get the account up to date. This year I felt I didn't need the account and then paid it up to close it . I went to the Jet store in Newtown to close it where I was assisted by a very serious face but friendly store worked called Jacob . He explained to me what need to be done with regards to closing the account . I went back the following day to close the account we called through to the call Centre they couldn't close the account because I had some cellphone service activated , I didn't have time to stay and deactivate therefore I went back the following day . Jacob was there to assist me . When I got to him he was ready to help me . We battled for 3 days to close the account . He was friendly , efficient and professional most of all he kept me in the loop. (He may use this as a reference) I almost didn't close the account because it's the best service Iv recieved in a while. Jacob you are awesom thank you ! It's been a good few years with Edcon credit ... Keep up the good service :)</p>
