Attitude and no people skills

Went to Jet Westgate mall store on the 06/09/2024 and wanted to lay bye some of the items I liked, waited in a long que just to be told I can't laybe things less than R500. Fair enough I left the items. Today 07/09/2024 went back for the same items and added more to make it the required amount only to be assisted by a not so friendly cashier! 1st she rolled her eyes when I said laybye she continued enteringbmy details she kept asking me for my phone numbers, while waiting she now speak to her colleague to say the system doesn't allow her to make laybye! She kept on starting the process from the start asking for my cell number till I resorted and leaving the items behind because clearly YOUR system doesn't accept my ID number surpringly I've been using the same ID on other shops and it was fine! My issue is with customer services, it sucks,! I had to visit the same shop twice and still didn't get helped! Your stuff is very cold and has no people skills... I'm so disappointed about the treatment I received!
