Assistance needed

I went to jet to purchase a cellphone as my Smartphone was acting up. I was looking for the specialist Winnie, unfortunately she was assisting another customer. I then saw Evon whom I approach to ask her if Winnie was around. As she tried to call out Winnie with the customer being in front of her, I told her, you know what it's fine I will come back. As I was walking out I saw Winnie. I came behind Winnie, I told Winnie that, there's this thing, a mere thing like who was looking for you. As I came behind she had a shock look as she thought I left. I then spoke to Winnie and asked to see the manager. The manager was quick to intervene and asked what happened. She denied everything Winnie was called as a witness, She refused to apologise when asked to even after her colleague confirmed the incident. I am very annoyed as she **** and made me look like a fool. Very dissappointed to see that customers are being I'll treated. I know she will continue to speak bad about customers as they leave the store. Where are PIPP values. Full of disrespect with no remorse.
