On the 15th Feb 2015 I went to Jet mart to purchase on my card, and the same consultant called Mavu, who assisted me the prior week, when he void a sale, took the time out to embarrass me in front of a line of people. He said that my signature doesn't match the signature on the card. I told him, he assisted me the prev week with a sale. I was too upset to even entertain the argument. told him to cancel the sale and rest assured, I will report him. I work as a Collections agent with UK customers, taking credit card payments via the phone and I dare not accuse nor insult a customer in any manner at all. I will never go to Jet Mart again and will close my acc.
