Appauling service

My Jet account card was blocked by the ***** division immediately after calling the Jet call centre whilst inside the store to update my cell phone number (talk about being couteous) Due to this, I could not purchase items with my Jet card, therefore I would unfirtuantely have to lose the R350 promotional saving since I spent over R1200. I then had to use cash to make up for the time I had already spent shopping in the store and lost out on the promotion I had anticipated.

The service at Jet is appauling, from their new processes to just merely searching for their contact numbers on the internet is a nightmare!!!! Jet Boulders contact numbers are no where to be found on the internet, I'm sure their management are not even aware of this....pathetic
