Apparently opened account on my behalf and handed it over to debt collector.

Apparently Jet acquired my details and has handed me over to a debt collection company on and account I've never had/opened with them. I phone the helpline and enter the account number provided by them and surprise surprise, the account does not exits. I have also contacted them via email and facebook to remedy this situation to no avail.
