Annoyed!!!

After paying my account up to date through the collections department 2 years ago, I still have not received my paid up letter. Every time I call VVM they either say my account not handed over to them or I get told that I will receive my paid up letter. This is becoming annoying because since the account was paid up, I have not received any paid up letter showing my account has been closed and is paid up to date.

May I receive feedback on this matter ASAP
