angry frustrated and at my wits

up until 2day jet cant gve me information on my account they the worst retail company I eva came across.... paid my account almost a year ago and still awaits a paid up letter and now they telling me they cant find my account details damn I'm so frustrated and at my wits for this company.... plz if any1 knows how I can go about this contact me ***
