Angry and disappointed

Callled to get a settlement amount after i made payment then now i cant get my zero balance statement even after several calls where i am told they will send but nothing after two months Jet sends a statement that i owe them even though i paid the full settlement amount. Called again was told my matter has been elevated but nothing even sent emails no reply no whatsover. Jet is full of lies lies
