AIRTIME *****

Good day, I am writing on behalf of my mother Glory, she has an account with Jet and the company is refusing to close her account because they say she is owing them. Apparently there is a R78 airtime subscription on her account she knew nothing about. When she goes and ask them who registered the subscription on her account and who did the airtime even go to for 7 months, she was advised to write to your organisation via hellopeter for assistance because now when she calls Jet, she is being bul**** into paying the amount as she was dumb enough to register for airtime and not get it, Those are the consultants exacts word to her. Can you please assist her please its clear that someone within your organisation took a chance and subscribed under her account hoping they were going to get away with it. please assist her.
