Dear: Sir / Madam<br> I am a regular customer @ jet mart stanger. <br> On numerous occasions , I have spoken to the manager and staff regarding the air cons. It is so hot in the store that I cannot shop properly. I feel so sick and hot as if I am going to faint , I just walk out of the store. Even the big fans that your'll have at certain points serve no purpose at all. Please do something about the air cons so that customers can shop happily. Think of the staff how they are managing the whole day. This needs to be dealt with because your'll are losing customers. If your'll cannot do anything about it try working in the store on a really hot day and then you will know how customers and the poor staff manage. <br> <br> <br> Kind Regards<br>

The above concerns were addressed with the stores management team as this has a huge impact on our customers and staff's health. We subsequently received an acknowledgement of this matter and a promised that a fix will be implemented. However, these appointments are also part of a process and that the store will ensure that this process flows seamless.
