AGENT HELP

Hello Peter I need agent help. I bought a phone last year 2020 from Jet store at Cresta mall. The phone had a problem as it just shuttered down and I returned it, they then took it back to the repair center which took them more than 6 months to fix it. They then called this year February 2021 to come fetch it only to find out it wasn't fixed.. The lady that helped me escalated the matter but it hasn't been fixed as yet only to find out that the phone is damaged and I need to pay for it to be fixed. Please help.
