Accounts Mess

On the 04 October 2016 I paid my account via EFT (FNB) as I do every month. I made two (2) payments : 1st Payment of R1000.00 and then later a 2nd Payment of R217.00. on the 8th October 2016 I received a msg instructing me to pay my account. I have forwarded my proof of payments to Jet Accounts division but has still not heard anything back. My account still reflects that I have not paid. I pay my account every month with EFT as it is loaded as benificiary. Please sort out my account as it is an inconvience being bugged at work for a mistake made by your accounts department.
