Account query

Trying to resolve an account query with jet is impossible. I submitted information to their customer services on 15 October 2021, still waiting on response. Went into the store for balance enquiry, the cashier was on the phone for an hour with another customers query and I just don't have the time to waste. I've now sent through a request for the balance, will be interesting to see how long itt takes them to give response. Total incompetence from their side. Big problem is they are invoicing me monthlyy for data for a contract I never took out.
