account queries

I bought items from jetmart in kempton Park last year on credit, i did payments every month like every normal person does, funny every month none statement was sent to me as expected after some few months i received phone calls from their contact centre telling me that i am in arreas which i did explain to them that they should sent me statements so i can check but never did. Few months down the line i received the letter threaten me with legal action and received the second letter again. My worry is it way Jetmart do business with customers or maybe that is how the they have been all these years cause i wont back down until this issue is solved even if we go to court i will damn sure fight for my rights cause for my view i am on the right and they are on the wrong fix your office first.
