Account Paid...but not on Credit Bureau

Hi,

I am Lindiwe Ndaba, I was handed over by Jet Stores as I was on maternity leave way back in 2017. I have since paid up and closed the account sometime last year.

The issue now is that they have never cleared my name with Credit Bureau and is negatively affecting my credit profile. When I go to the store to retrieve the paid up letter no one is able to assist, and they say that they are not able to reach head office. I've tried calling for the past 2 days, still no avail. I would appreciate assistance to clear my name as soon as possible and also receive a letter stating that the account was paid in full and closed.
