I am not happy with the service I am receiving. I pay my account every month and the last experience is I paid my account November my balance was R734.33 and now December my balance is R1 844.55, how can a balance go from R700 to R1 800. I haven't used this account for years. Please I need this sorted and I need answers ASAP.
