Account Issue.

I am displeased with the service Jet Store is providing to my elderly mother. I am expectinf prompt response from Jet Store with regards to my mother's Jet Account. We sent an email on Monday and till date no Jet consultant has contacted my mother nor have we had a reponse to the email we sent. I need a consultant from Jet Store Accounts to make contact with us as soon as possible.
