Account Closure

Good day

I have been trying to close my account with Jet numerous times since December 2021. In December I had paid my account off which was R11 some change, after paying for that, they said my account will be closed, and they cut my TFG card. Every time I speak to customer care to close my account they say it will be closed every month. It is now May 2022, and they are still charging me interest on the account statement that comes every month. Please close my account.

I am tired of phoning Jet customer service, because it seems I am not getting any joy from them, and my airtime is getting finished.

Could you please help.
