Never seen such stupid service recovery team . You guys are pathetic , inconsidarate and a disgrace to the service industry . All i wanted was for the club money reversed and you only keep on telling me I signed the document. Yess i singed under the impression that i was signing for my goods that was on the counter the cashier never told me i was signing for your stupid magazines. Your cashiers are very dishonest , i bet they also rob customers of their money on the tills . Non the less , I have experinced what ive never thought it will happen to me . Im coming to your shop to settle and close It. Im just hoping no other consumer experience such. Im done
